Privacy notice

JT Cyber Group LLC (“JT Cyber Group”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through jtcybergroup.com (the “Site”), why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: name, email, organisation, what is driving your enquiry and any message you write. We also note which page of the Site you arrived on and which button led you to the form, so we know which content is useful. This is kept in your browser tab only until you submit, and is never used for advertising.
• Security questionnaire: your name, email, organisation, whether you have booked a call, six answers about your organisation and twelve about your security programme. They stay in your browser until you choose to send them; once sent, we use them only to prepare for your call.
• Newsletter: your email address. We only send after you confirm by clicking the link we email you.
• Payments: name, email, billing address and organisation, collected by Stripe on our behalf. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server and security logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages requested, time), used to operate and protect the Site.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If we measure traffic, we use cookieless analytics that do not identify you.
• Our bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks browser signals to tell people from bots. It does not use cookies for tracking. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
• To send the report or newsletter you requested, and one follow-up about your assessment.
• To deliver and invoice work you have paid for.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Legal basis (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (newsletter, questionnaire), on steps you ask us to take before a contract and on performing that contract (enquiries, paid work), on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site, and on legal obligations (for example, keeping financial records).

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the Site and the business, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, security and bot protection.
• Resend: sending email.
• Stripe: payments.
• Our booking tool, if you schedule a call through it.

We also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and assessment reports: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Payment and invoicing records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. EEA and UK residents can also complain to their supervisory authority. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. To make a request, email jonathan.tice@jtcybergroup.com.

Security

We protect the Site with strict security headers and encrypted connections, and we limit who can access the information it collects. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive incident details or personal health information through the Site’s forms.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, under contractual safeguards with our providers where the law requires them.

Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
