Terms of use

Draft pending counsel review, in particular governing law, liability and refunds. Remove this banner once the text is approved.

These terms govern your use of jtcybergroup.com (the “Site”), operated by JT Cyber Group LLC (“JT Cyber Group”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.

Using the Site

The Site describes our services. You may not use it for anything unlawful, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or copy content for commercial redistribution without our written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome: see our security.txt.

No professional advice

Articles, the threat briefing and the self-assessment are general information, not cybersecurity, legal or compliance advice for your situation. The assessment score reflects only your own answers.

Fixed-fee services bought online

  • The price, scope and turnaround of each offer are as shown on the pricing page when you pay.
  • Work begins at the kickoff call, which you book after paying. Turnaround times run from the kickoff and depend on timely access to the people and evidence the work needs.
  • Before evidence is shared, both parties sign a mutual NDA. Where an engagement goes beyond the published scope, it is covered by a signed statement of work under our master services agreement.
  • If you cancel before the kickoff call, we refund the fee in full. After work has started, we will agree a fair outcome based on what has been delivered.
  • Deposits are credited against the final invoice for the same engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics, logos and the JT Cyber Group name and marks, belongs to JT Cyber Group or its licensors. You may share it for non-commercial reference with attribution.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe and email is delivered by Resend; their own terms apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JT Cyber Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. A signed services agreement governs its own engagement and takes precedence over these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
